All of us here at MILLENNIA CONTRACTING INC understand that accidents happen but we also know that most are preventable. The safety and training of our employees is of vital concern to all of us. Thankfully, because of the efforts and practices of every one of our employees we have an Insurance Modification rate that is well below the national average for companies in our industry.

Quarterly, we have mandatory safety training that is presented by experts in the safety field. We are members of the National Association of Tower Erectors and the Delaware Safety Council. We have used safety resources from both of these organizations to have a comprehensive safety program developed. We have in the past and will continue in the future to work towards preventing accidents from happening. We are proud to be a participant on the NATE/OSHA Partnership which requires us to meet specific training requirements, regularly conduct site safety inspections and file written reports about our findings.
